On the occasions where we have had to restore critical files, the process is quick and painless. We like the way your system duplicates our directory structure. It makes recovery so simple, not having to search a tape or restore all the files on tape to recover just one. Additionally, your server holds a retention copy of previous days of data, and within minutes we can restore any file needed.

Finally, we enjoy the ability to control the methods of recovery and backup. This alone, makes your system the best and easiest to use. Once configured, you just forget about it. No tapes to change, no checking ... no nothing. In fact, as one final endorsement we have just ordered a new server for the business and opted for 'no backup tape'.
