I can't express in words how important it was for us to have eSilo today. Without your company we would have lost six years of product information, customer addresses, customer emails, customer order information, etc. You guys saved the day and maybe even our company.

We have been using a separate company (not eSilo) to host our website for the last five years and have been paying large monthly fees for them to host the site as well as do a daily backup of our database. They assured us the backup would be there to fully restore all of our data if we ever had a problem. Since we have so much valuable and crucial information we decided to have a second company (eSilo) back up our information offiste - just in case. Thankfully we chose eSilo for that service.

Unfortunately for us that "just in case" day occurred. Our whole database disappeared. Our design guys could not figure out what happened and all they could tell us is that the files were corrupt and couldn't be restored. We called our server company and they too couldn't figure it out. They spent several hours trying to fix the problem and couldn't. Five years of valuable and expansive information had vanished into thin air. The server company uploaded the backup they had, but unfortunately nothing showed up. Our whole database was gone. They didn't have any other backups. This was a sinking feeling you don't ever want to feel.

Panic is an understatement as to what was happening in our offices. We immediately called eSilo to see if they had the backup of our databases. They were lightning fast and so helpful it was just amazing. They were the only ones that understood the critical situation we were facing. They put our database back onto our server within minutes. Low and behold, just as fast as the database disappeared, all those years of customer information, addresses, emails, orders, etc. were all back on the server.

I can't express in words how thankful we are and the value your company represents to us. If we hadn't used eSilo our business would have suffered immeasurable damage. Had we relied on the word of our server company that their backups were sufficient, we would have lost so much information and revenue it is dreadful to even ponder. eSilo saved us from the disaster.
