Portal Login Tips
When logging into the eSilo Backup Portal (https://portal.esilo.com), you must complete the Username field EXACTLY as shown in your Welcome Email, using this format:
[CompanyName]\[Username]
If you’ve changed your password after receiving the Welcome Email, you will need to specify that new password.
Troubleshooting
If you’re still unable to login, need your password reset, or the Welcome Email to be emailed again, contact eSilo Support or call our main office.
